"Decent work, but a bit annoying"
The work was okay overall. Some parts were done well, but other areas looked kind of rushed. It wasn’t terrible, and I appreciate the effort, but it was annoying to see the quality be so uneven.

"Showed Up Early and Made Scheduling Easy"
Bottom line: they showed up early, which was a great surprise. Scheduling was really easy too, so the whole experience felt simple and stress-free.

"The pricing was easy to understand"
When I booked, I was a little worried there might be surprise charges at the end, but everything was laid out clearly. I didn’t run into any weird extra fees, which I really appreciated

"The actual work seems fine so far, no..."
The actual work seems fine so far, no real complaints there. But getting anyone to follow up on the warranty took longer than I expected. I had to call twice, which was kind of frustrating. Not a huge disaster or anything, just a little annoying when you’re waiting on an answer

"Honestly, they left it cleaner than they found it"
I mean, I expected them to clean up after the job, but wow... the crew actually left my yard looking better than it did before they got there. Impressed, not gonna lie.

"Crew was fine, office could’ve been better"
Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like the crew was professional enough and handled things well. The office side of things didn’t come across quite as organized or helpful, though.
